TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE READ♢Prices: Prices are subject to change.♢ Payment: Payments are only accepted through Kofi. Commissions will be 50-50 where they will be paid half before and the rest paid after the finalization. Once the payment is through I will send the commission over.♢Currency: I'd prefer if you paid in CAD however if unable to pay, USD is also acceptable.♢ Refund Policy: No refunds are offered.♢ Additional Fees: All additional fees will be discussed before the commission is started and before payment. These can be added due to the complexity and how long the commission will take.♢ Edits: Edits can be made in any stage of the commission. However later on in the stage I may charge. Often when the majority is complete♢ Stages of Commission: My progress of each commission consists of 4 Stages. Sketch, Lineart, Base Coloring, Rendering. Edits can be made however if edits are made during the rendering stage there will be a charge depending on the complexity of the edit.♢ Progress/Time: Turnaround time may vary from a week to 4 months max. Once shading begins that is when the finalization stage begins.♢References: I'd prefer having a reference making it easier for me to imagine what you imagine the commission to be.♢ Art Usage: All rights are retained to the artist, commissions are not for commercial usage unless specified otherwise. Commercial usage is often 1.5x the original price Commercial prices for VTuber Models are already in the given price. Please ask questions if necessary.♢Social Media: I have the right to post the final art on any social media. If you want to post my art PLEASE post the version with MY watermark.♢Do not claim the artwork as yours.
